James Barton Miller Obituary
We are sad to announce that on November 8, 2020 we had to say goodbye to James Barton Miller in Parsons, West Virginia. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his brothers, Harry Miller and Jack Miller; and his nephew Mike Shupp. He is survived by: his close friend Debbie Miller; his sons, Jeff Miller (Colette) of Hedgesville and Travis Miller (Desire) of Mabie; his grandchildren, Avery, Addison, Alycia, Annaliese, Jace and Sophia; his siblings, Joy Fansler of Mackeyville, Janet Tully (Dick) of LaGrange, KY and Jerry Miller (Barbara) of Belington; his wife Debbie; and his pet Sam. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
For the consideration of safety of his friends and family due to the COVID-19 pandemic, a memorial service will be held at a later date to celebrate his life and legacy.
In memory of Jim, the family asks that donations of soft blankets and comfort items, or monetary donations, be given to WVU Medicine Hospice, 327 Medical Park Drive, Bridgeport, WV 26330 or contributions be made to foundations for the research of Alzheimer's and dementia.
