He was predeceased by: his parents, Voyd Willard Bennett and Reta Summerfield Bennett; and his siblings, Barbara Rhodes and Tom "Wouch" Bennett. He is survived by: his close friend Louise Poling of Parsons; his children, David Bennett (Beverly) of Parsons and Regina Lewis (Kenny) of Keyser; his sisters, Doris Sue Martin, Ann Bennett, Nancy Oldaker and Linda Faye Alvord; his grandchildren, Wesley, Brandon, Katie, Heather and Brittney; and his great grandchild Rick Poling of Culpepper, VA.
