He is survived by: his children, Daniel Pete Lipscomb (Nicole) and Norma Jean Pennington; his siblings, Roy Lipscomb, Melvin "Pete" Lipscomb, John Lipscomb (Dorothy), Ernie Lipscomb (Nancy), Charles Lipscomb (Lois), Dorothy Jane Lipscomb and Cindy Burns (Herman); and his grandchildren, Ashley Pennington, Wheeler Lipscomb, Paisley Lipscomb and Corina Lipscomb. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
