He is survived by: his wife Mary Lorraine Swanson Streets; his sons, John Makepeace (Denise) of Lacrosse, WI and Benjamin Makepeace (Kathy) of Austin, TX; his granddaughters, Leah Makepeace and Luna Makepeace; and his sisters, Dora Jean Poling and Patty Sue Snyder.
