She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Woodrow and Lillian Mae Adkins Starcher; her husband Eugene Richard Nestor; and her siblings, Clayton Arthur Starcher, Freddie Wayne Starcher and Shirley Florence.

She is survived by: her sons, Rocky Eugene Nestor (Jamie) of Parsons, Ricky Alan Nestor (Lucinda) of Parsons and Randall Craig Nestor (Robyn) of Parsons; her siblings, Russell Ray Starcher (Chris) of Fairmont, Stephen Bradley Starcher (Brenda) of Fairmont, Cody Alan Starcher of Fairmont and Kathy Lynn Ice (Rick) of Fairview; her grandchildren, Lyndsey, Sierra, Lily, Leslie, Sydney, Macy, Zoe, Kandace, Rory, Gavin and Eli; and her great grandchildren, Garrick Tackett, Danial Miller, Brayden Sines and Brillie Hipp.
