He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Burley Lee Carr and Laura Faye Loughry Carr; his grandparents, Maggie Carr Loughry and Frank Loughry; his wife Brenda Hart Carr; his son Adam Bo Carr of Fairmont, WV; his sisters, Barbara Dunn (Sam) of Bergton, VA, Evelyn "Suzie" Dull (Donald) of Hartford, MI and Goldie "Skeeter" Joiner of Decatur, MI; his nieces, Candy and Lacey Cross; his brother Charles "Chuck" Carr; his brother-in-law James Joiner; and his half-brother Timothy German. He was also cherished by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
