She was predeceased by: her parents, Lloyd Moats and Mary Jane Loughry Moats; her husband Ernest Wilmer "Sonny" Evans, Sr.; her children, Ernest Evans Jr. of Elkins, Wilda, Elizabeth and Robert; and her siblings, Jack, Ray, Paul, Franklin (Bink), Jim, Harold Moats, Margie Moats, Gladys Moats, Wilma Stafford and Lavada Moats (Turk).
She is survived by: her children, Greg (Lesa Evans), Mike (Judy Evans), Richard Evans (Tina Bohon), Penny Moody (Clay) of Parsons and Judy Long (Dave) of Parsons; her brother Carl Todd Moats (Wanda); and her caregiver Paul.
