He is survived by: his sons, Chris Liebau of Vienna, WV and William Liebau II of Huntsville, WV; his siblings, James Liebau (Kim) of Lubeck, WV, Mark Liebau (Christy) of Charlotte, NC, Marjorie Garcia of Wilsonville, OR, Jennifer Ferguson of Myrtle Beach, SC, Laura Marcinko of Belpre, OH and Cari Campbell of Washington, WV; and his grandchildren, Starrlene, Erick, Gregory, Jaydeth, Aiden, Joseph, Alayna and Gracelyn.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, February 22nd 2025 from 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Grand Pointe Center (1500 Grand Central Ave, Vienna, WV 26105). A reception will be held on Saturday, February 22nd 2025 at 6:00 PM at the same location.
