He was predeceased by: his parents, Kyle L. Moore and Stella Irene Moore (Hash); his son Raymond "Tom" Ezell; and his siblings, Kyle Moore, Jr., Samuel "Buck" Moore and Betty Vance.
He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Moore (Garner); his daughter Lisa Sylvester; his grandchildren, Ray Ezell (Heather), Allison Ezell, Tyler Sylvester (Allison) and Kealy Goddard (Brad); his siblings, Ed Moore (Connie) and Mary Lou Boroff (Jerry); his sister-in-law Debbie Atkins; and his great-niece Donna Bailey. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
