He is survived by: his wife Irene Freshour Sheaffer; his daughters, Debbie Randolph (Scott), Tammy Kuhl and Tracie Parsons (D. J.); his grandchildren, Bryce Hudson, Jesse Hudson, Aysia Mills (Cody), Jacob Parsons and Josie Parsons; his great grandchild Cohen Mills; his brother Alan Gorrell; his mother-in-law Dollie B. Parsons; and his pet Millie.
A memorial service was held on Monday, February 10th 2025 at 5:00 PM at the Lambert-Tatman Funeral Home of South Parkersburg (2333 Pike St, Parkersburg, WV 26101).
