It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Virginia L Eakins (Parkersburg, West Virginia), who passed away on May 11, 2024, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Fernando Westfall and Chlora Cox Westfall; her husband Ralph; and her sisters, Emogene Westfall Righter, Goldie Mae Westfall Murphy and Wilda Westfall Harlow.

She is survived by: her children, William Warren Eakins (Kelly) and Connie Sue Eakins Wolfe (James Jamie); her grandchildren, Shyla Renee Eakins SchoelKopf and Dru; her great grandchildren, Jaron Cade SchoelKopf, Adalynn Nevaeh SchoelKoph, Ila Mae Wolfe, Sylvia June Wolfe and Guiseppe Neilko Posey; her sister Eleanor Sue Westfall Martin; her cousin Daniel Westfall (Betty); and her friends, Jay and Jacob Wilson.
