He was predeceased by: his parents, Hall H. Cunningham and Martha E. Cunningham (Rhinehart); his former wife Dana Cunningham; and his brother Marshall Cunningham. He is survived by: his children, Trina Cunningham (Shane), Cassandra Cunningham (Zach) and Willard Blackwell III; his grandchildren, Asher, Ian, Ryan, Brittany and Jeremiah; and his granddaughter-in-law Jane Frances Hofbauer.
Visitation was held on Friday, November 22nd 2024 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM. A funeral service was held on Saturday, November 23rd 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Leavitt Funeral Services and Crematory - Parkersburg (403 7th St, Parkersburg, WV 26101).
In lieu of flowers the family asks donations be made to Robby Rhinehart Scholarship Fund, in care of Danny Struck- 2315 Allison Lane Jeffersonville, IN 47130.
