It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Timothy Hoffman Gard of Parkersburg, West Virginia, who passed away on April 7, 2024, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Jerry Gard and Evelyn "Juanita" Hoffman Gard; and his wife Terri Ann Marshall Gard. He is survived by: his children, Austin Gard (Holly) of Fulshear, TX, Lance Gard (Aliya) of Cary, NC and Sierra Gard (Alex) of Parkersburg; his siblings, Jim Gard (Debbie) of Mineral Wells, Ben Gard of Parkersburg, Nancy Gard McGehee (Jim) of Blacksburg, VA and Scott Gard (Holly) of Elkin, NC; and his grandchildren, Ashlyn Gard, Chloe Gard, Xander Gard, Pierson Gard, Canon Metz, Simon Gard and Savannah Metz.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made in Tim's honor to the Autism Whispers Fund in Memory of Terri Ann Gard.
