He is survived by: his children, Shelia White of Parkersburg, Michael Taylor (Kelly) of Washington, WV, Randy Taylor (Becky) of Parkersburg and Ronnie Taylor of Laurel Creek, WV; his stepchildren, Cathy Cottle of Daytona, FL, Debbie Cottle of Parkersburg and Charles Cottle "Buddy" of Parkersburg; his siblings, Ilene Miller of Tacoma, WA., Charlotte Summers of Tacoma, WA., Charles of Parkersburg and Harold Taylor of Parkersburg; and his half-brothers, Chester and Paul Lockhart. He is also survived by several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren.
