He is survived by: his daughters, Angie Rockhold and Lisa Miller; his granddaughters, Bianca, Christa and Kloey Miller; his wife Pam Rockhold; and his siblings, Lester Rockhold (Lynn), Lawrence Rockhold and Carrie Blair. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
