He was predeceased by: his parents, Carney Kingery and Ruth Kingery. He is survived by: his son Chad; his sister Connie Hyatt; his wife Rebecca; his daughter Tracey (Jason); and his granddaughters, Zoey and Addison. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be sent to the Waverly Activity Center in his honor.
