He was predeceased by: his parents, Brown Gragg and Ethel Rice Gragg; his wife Kathryn Virginia Hofawger Gragg; and his siblings, Louise Patterson, June Gragg and Junior Gragg.
He is survived by: his son Robert Gragg Jr.; his sister Jean Tackett; and his close friend Lois Milhoan.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, February 25th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Vaughan-Kimes Funeral Home & Crematory (521 Fifth St, Parkersburg, WV 26101). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, February 25th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
