It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Robert Phillip Kincaid of Parkersburg, West Virginia, who passed away on June 17, 2023, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert "Brad" Kincaid and Naomi Kincaid (Harbison). He is survived by: his wife Stephanie "Stevie" Kincaid; his children, Kelly Bazzi, John Kincaid (Aimee), Diana Oliver (Jim), Matthew Kincaid, Lori Brandjes (Robert) and Lisa Casto (Chris); and his brother Pete Kincaid (Molly). He is also survived by several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
