He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence "Ted" Sullivan and Beulah Mae Sullivan (Bruce); and his brother James. He is survived by: his wife Donna; his daughters, Rachel of Parkersburg and Renee of Parkersburg; his grandson Luke; and his sister Patricia "Patty" of Marietta. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
