He was predeceased by: his parents, Clyde Neal and Virginia Armstrong; his siblings, Gary Murphy and Virginia Mae Sprague; and his wife Sharon Knotts.
He is survived by: his children, Teri Osburn and Todd Armstrong (Cheryl); and his brother Jim Armstrong of Washington, WV. He is also survived by grandchildren and great grandchildren.
