He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary Louise "Brandon" Grinter and R. B. Grinter; and his daughter Stephanie Shiftlet (Anna Perdew). He is survived by: his children, Brandon Paul Lincoln (Shanna) of Parkersburg, WV and Sabrina Louise Swiney of Belpre, OH; his siblings, Judy Brown of Charleston, WV, Starr Shope of Columbus, OH, Rocky Grinter of Parkersburg, WV and Chris Grinter of Parkersburg, WV; his close friend Amy Shiftlet; and his niece Toi Doyle. He is also survived by nine grandchildren; and many friends and family.
