She was predeceased by: her parents, William R. Miller and Sylvia Staats Miller; and her brother William Jerome Miller. She is survived by: her husband Robert "Rob" W. Powell; and her sisters, Rhonda Stout (David) of Parkersburg and Kathy Dawkins of Parkersburg.
Visitation was held on Sunday, December 1st 2024 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Leavitt Reception Center (620 Avery St, Parkersburg, WV 26101). A funeral service was held on Sunday, December 1st 2024 from 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the same location.
