Richard Looney Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard Looney of Parkersburg, West Virginia, who passed away on May 12, 2024, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Looney and Luelva Looney; and his stepmother Janet Looney. He is survived by: his close friend Tracey Wilhelm; his children, Robin Barbour II (Richard) of Jacksonville and Jeffrey Looney (Francie) of Washington, WV; his grandchildren, Wyatt, Blake Barbour, Brandt and Brynn Looney; and his half-sisters, Connie Hickman (John) and Michele Elder (Jeff). He is also survived by numerous uncles, aunts, nieces, nephews and cousins.

In lieu of flowers, donations to the Nemesis Shrine could be made in his name.
