Though Rebecca Louise may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Rebecca Louise touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Kenneth Richard Winans and Eileen Louise Haught Winans; and her brother Ricky Winans (Roy Richard Trembly). She is survived by: her daughters, April Dawn Kessell of Parkersburg and Angela Rene Kimble (Jeremy) of Huntington; and her siblings, Charles Winans of Vienna and Vickie Morris of Beltsville, Maryland. She is also survived by three grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
