Though Reba Fern may no longer walk beside us, her legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter B. Stanley and Susan Jane Stanley (Lockhart); her husband Harry Francis Dougherty; and her siblings, Faye Franklin and Frank Stanley.
She is survived by: her children, Don Dougherty (Brenda) of Davisville, WV and Kathy Dougherty Kemp (Michael) of Edmond, OK.. She is also survived by mother to her children.
