It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Priscilla Lee Wines of Parkersburg, West Virginia, who passed away on January 8, 2024, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Ronald D. Wines; her parents, Betty Jane and Stacey D. Whitlatch; and her grandson Ronald D. Wines III. She is survived by: her children, Ronald D. Wines II, Mary Jane Coffman (JC), Laurie A. Courier, Andrea S. Howard (Mark) and Angela M. Wines; and her siblings, D. Sue Rhymer, Judith A. Ball and Beverly J. Alfred. She is also survived by nine grandchildren and thirteen great-grandchildren.
