It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Phyllis Ann Kohrs of Parkersburg, West Virginia, who passed away on December 20, 2023, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Lewis Everett and Maxine Frances Brown Wines; her husbands, Kenneth Francis Kohrs and Lester Kermit Roberts; and her children, Gerald Roberts, Steven Roberts and Tina Rodgers.
She is survived by: her daughters, Charlotte K. Thompson of South Carolina, Phyllis D. Higgins of Parkersburg and Cherie L. Jarvis of Vienna; and her siblings, Sharlene Wines, Irene Epling, Robert Wines and Ronald Wines. She is also survived by Several grandchildren, great grandchildren and great great grandchildren.
