Though his name may fade from the lips of time, the imprint Michael Ross leaves upon the hearts of his loved ones remains eternally vivid — a testament to the depth of his spirit and the richness of his legacy.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Chipps and Nellie Smith Chipps; and his wife Frances K. Chipps. He is survived by: his children, Michelle Ingram (Billy) and Scott Chipps (Sasha); his sister Catherine Chapman; and his close friends, Dave, Sharon and Robin. He is also survived by nine grandchildren; six great-grandchildren.
A graveside service will be held on Friday, December 6th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the Mt. Olivet Cemetery (2101 23rd St, Parkersburg, WV 26101).
