He was predeceased by: his parents, Dale O. Radcliff and Dessie Frye Radcliff. He is survived by: his wife Kelly Radcliff; his children, Laura Jarrell (Brian) of Hurricane, WV and Ryan Michael Radcliff (Megan) of Parkersburg; his grandchildren, River, Lily Jarrell, Bohen Michael and Brooks Ryan Radcliff; his brother Tom Radcliff (Brenda); and his parents-in-law, Herb and Carol Lenox. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
