She is survived by: her children, David Franklin Douglas Jr. (Shelly) of Washington, WV, Tammy Lea Styer of Parkersburg and Thomas Paul Douglas of Parkersburg; her grandchildren, David Douglas III, Jake Douglas (Cheyanne), Maddie Douglas and Kelly Jane Welch (Jacob); her great grandchild Axton Lee Douglas; and her sister Silvia Hickman.
