It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mary Ellen Wiggins of Parkersburg, West Virginia, born in Mannington, West Virginia, who passed away on September 1, 2024, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph A. Price and Goldie A. Haught Price; her husband Harlan E. Wiggins; her son Rector "Rick" Wiggins; and her granddaughter Rebecca Wiggins.

She is survived by: her daughter Pam Douglas (Frank) of Parkersburg.
