She was predeceased by: her parents, Otis Grove and Zelma Grove (Summers); her former husband Howard Keith McPeek; her husband Oliver Smith; and her brother Gary Grove.
She is survived by: her children, Lisa Wagner (Brian) of Carroll, OH and Rick McPeek (Tonya) of Belleville, WV; her grandchildren, Nicole Kocheran (Jason) of Josh Wagner, B. K, Ben McPeek (Seneca), Brad McPeek and Peyton McPeek; her great grandchildren, Mason and Layla; and her brother Jim Grove (Blye) of Arvilla, WV..
