She was predeceased by: her parents, Nelson Marion and Lyndall Ayers Marion of Parkersburg; her husband Robert Pratt; her children, Vicki Townley and Rodney Pratt; and her sisters, Regina Newlon and Donna Wade.

She is survived by: her children, Mark Pratt of Parkersburg, Neil Pratt (Crystal) of Parkersburg and Anne Boso (Ed) of Washington, WV; her son-in-law David Townley of Washington, WV; and her sister Linda Nulter (Richard) of Walker, WV.. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 16 great-grandchildren and 2 great ¬great-grandchildren.
