She was predeceased by: her parents, Shirley D. Elliott and Ivy A. Dotson Elliott; her husband Loyal D. Hoce, Sr.; her son Loyal D. Hoce, Jr.; and her siblings, Nellie Dailey, Margie Starcher, Marcella Garretson, Mary and Howard Elliott.
She is survived by: her children, Anita Neely (Larry) of Belpre, Martha Olvera (Victor) of Houston, TX, Mark Hoce (Malinda) of Parkersburg and Peter Hoce of Parkersburg; and her sisters, Shirley Ann Berlin of San Marcos, TX and Doris Ruble of Parkersburg. She is also survived by seven grandchildren; sixteen great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild; and several nieces and nephews.
