She was predeceased by: her husband Charles Ray Helmick; her brothers, Morris Stemple (Betty), Lawrence Stemple (Norma) and Mike Stemple; and her son Steven M. Helmick.
She is survived by: her son Charles Ray Helmick II (Dee Dee); her grandchildren, Diane Nighbert, Douglas Nighbert, Carl Butcher of Seattle, WA, Jamie Warner (Dan) of Waverly, Samantha Baum of McDermott, Charles R. Helmick III of Virginia Beach, Jessie McAtee of Parkersburg, WV. and Chelsea Helmick of Vienna, WV; and her great grandchild Aubrionna Helmick.
At her request, no flowers should be sent but donations in her honor could be made to the Humane Society of the Mid Ohio Valley.
