She was predeceased by: her parents, Nial Rose and Mary Rose; her husband Gary Evans; and her son Michael Ray of Parkersburg, WV. She is survived by: her sisters, Jeannie Taylor of Granite Falls, NC, Melissa Bailey of High Point, NC, Teresa Galloway of Huntersville, NC and Barbara Bowen (Michael Rose) of Venice, FL; her daughters, Chrissy Ray Smith (Rob) of Lowell, OH and Leah Evans; her stepchildren, Andrea Barker of Alaska, Morgan Evans of Alaska and Shwn Evans of Alaska; her grandchildren, Kayla Phillips of Parkersburg, WV, Noah Holbert of Parkersburg, WV, Nick Taylor of Parkersburg, WV and Hezekiah Smith of Lowell, OH.; and her great grandchildren, Triph of Parkersburg, WV., Haisley Phillips of Parkersburg, WV. and Everleigh Kerns of Parkersburg, WV..
