It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ladora Jean Veach of Parkersburg, West Virginia, who passed away on September 28, 2023, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur Starcher and Ida Starcher (Husk); her husband Arnie Veach; her siblings, Pauline Malone and Enzil Starcher; her son Gregory Willey; and her granddaughter Amber Willey.
She is survived by: her sons, Barry Willey (Patricia) of Parkersburg and Mike Willey (Karen) of Parkersburg; her daughter-in-law Wanda Willey of Davisville; her grandchildren, Erick Willey, Kimberly Starcher, Jeremiah Willey, Alicia Willey and Dustin Willey; and her great grandchildren, Christopher and Elijah Willey.
