He is survived by: his sisters, Kathleen Green of Akron, OH, Kathrine Morris of Stumptown, WV, Shelia Halstead (Ottis) of Palestine, WV and April Halstead (Phillip) of Palestine, WV; and his siblings-in-law, Jean Parsons of Tallmadge, OH and Bob Bolen of Creston, OH. He is also survived by numerous nephews, nieces, and cousins.
