He was predeceased by: his parent Hattie Asbury Nutter; his stepfather Clyde Nutter; his siblings, Everett, Charlie, Carl Nutter, Phyllis Sampson, Betty Martin and Jenny Poling; and his siblings-in-law, Doyle, Laura Webb, Edwin Webb, Sherry Nutter and Charlotte Webb.
He is survived by: his wife Connie; his sons, Randy (Michelle) and Stacy (Stephanie) of Mineral Wells, WV; his grandchildren, Brent (Courtney) of Parkersburg and Allison of Mineral Wells, WV; and his siblings, Clyde Nutter and Virginia Lyons. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews and numerous friends.
