He was predeceased by: his parents, R. H. Sandy and Lenora B. Whited Sandy; and his sister Patricia Lee Sandy Carney. He is survived by: his wife Tina M. Sandy; his children, Michelle R. West and Shawn M. Sandy; his grandchildren, Chelsea, Chad West, Madison and Morgan Sandy; and his pets, Charlie and Izzi. He is also survived by great grandchildren.
