Visitation will be held on Tuesday, March 11th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 9:30 AM at the Waybright Funeral Home (511 S Church St, Ripley, WV 25271). A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, March 11th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Donel C. Kinnard Memorial State Veterans Cemetery (130 Academy Dr, Dunbar, WV 25064).
