She was predeceased by: her parents, Franklin Allender and Janet Marie Smith Allender; and her brothers, Jeff and Joe Allender. She is survived by: her husband Donald Hornbeck; her stepdaughter Natasha Richards of Parkersburg; and her nephew Nick Stephens of Cleveland. She is also survived by numerous Aunts, Uncles, and Cousins.
