It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jo-Anne Butler of Parkersburg, West Virginia, born in Allegan, Michigan, who passed away on January 20, 2024, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her mother Anna Kick; her husband James; her father Joe Serdel; and her brother Kevin Serdel. She is survived by: her daughters, Melissa Clayton (Scott) of Vienna, WV, Joy and Ranea Butler of Parkersburg, WV; her grandchildren, Shelbi Welsh (PJ) of Bartlett, OH and Cole Clayton of Kalamazoo, MI; her great grandchildren, Tommy, John Luke, Silas Welsh of Bartlett, OH and Maggie Welsh of Bartlett, OH; and her brothers, John (Debra Burrows) of South Haven, MI and Carl Serdel (Linda) of South Haven, MI. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and close friends.
