With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jeannette R. Frazier (Parkersburg, West Virginia), who passed away on November 24, 2023 at the age of 59. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Evelyn J. Riffle and Ray Frazier; and her son David Parker. She is survived by: her daughter Jamie Watson; her boyfriend Robert Parker; her children, Adam Parker, Kelley Parker (Brent Shedd) and Renee Parker; her grandchildren, Raina Chandler, LeRissa Chandler, Lillian Kimble, Logan Parker and Paiten Morris; her brother Randy Frazier (Tammy); and her pets, Ryder, Minnie and Butters.
In lieu of flowers the family wishes donations be made to the St. Jude's Children's Hospital.
