She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard Black and Ethel Gates Black; her former husband Frederick McIntire; her husband Gale Anthony; and her son Craig McIntire.
She is survived by: her children, Carla Johns (Richard), Melanie Lester (Steve) and Kenneth McIntire (Joyce); her daughter-in-law Laurie McIntire; and her stepchildren, Kathy Anthony, Michael Anthony and Randy Anthony. She is also survived by several grandchildren and great grandchildren.
