She was predeceased by: her father Ollie Offutt Jr.; and her sister-in-law Teri Offutt. She is survived by: her mother Ruby Offutt (Leach); her daughter Crystal Ambrose (Randy Gunnoe); her siblings, Connie Russell (Rick) and Tim Offutt; her former husband Tim Ambrose; her granddaughters, Aurora and Adalynn Gunnoe; her nephews, Brandon and Derick; and her niece Kristen.
