It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James Walker McCrady of Parkersburg, West Virginia, born in Gay, West Virginia, who passed away on November 2, 2023, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Otta Glenvel and Mildred Walker McCrady; his wife Mary Ann Kaylor McCrady; and his siblings, Betty Dickerson and Charles McCrady.
He is survived by: his children, Jeffrey W. McCrady (Jody) of Washington, WV, Joan L. Jones (Jay) of Parkersburg, Jean L. Clevenger (John) of Belleville and Melissa J. Gordon (Scott) of Parkersburg; his grandchildren, Ben McCrady (Natalie), Doug McCrady (Kit), J. T. Jones (Courtney), Megan Jones, Summer Cochran (Lee), Joel Clevenger (Neysha), Leslie Floyd (Jonathan), Anna Gordon and Chase Gordon; and his brothers, John, Barry and David McCrady. He is also survived by twelve great grandchildren.
