He was predeceased by: his parents, Orris Allen and Mary Belle Allen; his siblings, Dennis Allen, Patricia Schultz, Garnet Jewel (Bonnie) and Cindy Allen; his son Mike; and his grandchildren, Ashley and Carter.
He is survived by: his children, Jim Allen (Pamela Webb), Kevin Allen, Timothy Allen, Millie Modesitt (Jeffrey Devol) and Angela Hoffman; his grandchildren, Jason, Jennifer, Brittany, Hannah, Hallie, Jillian, Carson and Bella; and his siblings, Gary Allen (Diane), Joseph Allen (Pam) and Becky Allen Henke (Ralph). He is also survived by several great grandchildren.
