Though Jack Stephen may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Jack Stephen touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. He was predeceased by: his father Jack Hart, Sr.. He is survived by: his mother Wanda Bennett Hart of Belpre; his wife Teresa Dulaney Hart; his son Mark Hart; and his siblings, Joyce Hart and Brian Hart (Laura).
