He is survived by: his children, Cynthia Montgomery, Howard Michael McKinney Jr., Lisa Ann McKinney (Sylvan), Janet McKinney (Tim) and Melissa McKinney (Jamie); and his grandchildren, Casey, Tara, Ricky, Kayla, Kymberly, Danielle and Paige.
